Leader: Kate Foley
Kate Foley resides in Scranton, PA and is the leader of the Project HEAL - Marywood University Chapter. Kate is a Nutrition Educator who works with low-income populations to learn the basics of nutrition, understand their options through government-funded programs such as SNAP and WIC, and encourages healthy habits through a Health At Every Size and Intuitive Eating Approach to overall wellness. Kate is also earning a masters degree in nutrition and dietetics from Marywood University. As a Project HEAL Chapter Leader, Kate is dedicated to advocating for awareness of all eating disorders. She hopes to eventually use her Registered Dietitian credential to work with individuals suffering from eating disorders. She wishes to advocate for body acceptance for all bodies and utilize a Health At Every Size and Intuitive Eating approach to healing disordered eating and eating disorders. She can often be found with her nose in a book, snuggling with her fianceé and cat, or at the local Starbucks doing work.
Kate’s favorite ice cream flavor is Coffee Oreo.

Ashley resides in Eynon, Pennsylvania and is the Vice President of the Project HEAL - Marywood University Chapter. Ashley is earning a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Marywood University. As a Project HEAL Chapter Vice President, Ashley is dedicated to learning to love our bodies and accept a positive relationship with food. Ashley is passionate about body positivity, cooking and trying new foods, and exploring the outdoors.
Ashley's favorite ice cream flavor is vanilla peanut butter swirl.
