Kristina Saffran

Kristina Saffran has been committed to ensuring access to quality treatment for all people with eating disorders since her own recovery from anorexia at 15 years old, when she cofounded Project HEAL. In 2019, she founded Equip, a virtual program helping families recover from eating disorders at home with comprehensive, gold-standard care created by experts in the field and people in recovery. Kristina is an Ashoka Fellow, a Forbes 30 under 30 social entrepreneur, and a Facebook Community Leadership Fellow, and graduated from Harvard College with a bachelors degree in psychology in May 2014. She is an active Project HEAL Board Director.

Liana Rosenman

Since recovering from anorexia as a teenager, Liana has been on a mission to help those most affected by insurance and financial barriers to accessing treatment. Liana co-founded Project HEAL with Kristina in 2008, was a Forbes 30 under 30 Social Entrepreneur, and has been profiled in The New York Times, Fast Company and People Magazine. Liana is a dedicated school teacher who believes the students of today are the leaders of tomorrow.
