Patricia knows that without a solid foundation, infrastructure and processes, any small organization is vulnerable to failure…no matter how compelling their mission and values are.

When she joined Project HEAL in the spring of 2019, Patricia had years of experience in operational leadership in a variety of industries under her belt. She also brought a deep understanding of nonprofit board governance and operations, having served as a board member for nonprofit educational and theater organizations. Her background has served Project HEAL well in her roles as Operations Director and Corporate Secretary. Patricia is a true champion of Project HEAL and our team.

In addition to Patricia’s experience in the nonprofit and corporate sectors, she has the heart and spirit of an entrepreneur, having previously run her own virtual assistance and small business coaching practices.
