Brianna Theus

Program Committee Member

Brianna Theus (she/her) is a registered dietitian born and raised in Connecticut. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Saint Joseph in West Hartford, CT. Brianna went on to complete her dietetic internship with the Western Connecticut Health Network in Danbury, CT.

Brianna is passionate about and specializes in eating disorders, neurodivergence, BIPoC, and does a lot of work with religious trauma. She has worked at PHP (partial hospitalization) and IOP (intensive outpatient) eating disorder treatment centers, elementary through high schools, and in private practice. Brianna offers individual nutrition therapy, group nutrition coaching, workshops, and dietitian mentorship.

Brianna practices from a holistic, weight-inclusive perspective, while guiding clients in honoring their culture and body through food, physical activity, sleep, and stress management. She will always take an individualized, client-focused, and trauma-informed approach. Brianna’s counseling style is compassionate, trauma-informed, and client-led.

In her free time, Brianna loves cooking, baking, crafting, playing music, and dancing. Brianna has two cats named Fred and Miso and recently welcomed a new baby into her family.
