Decolonizing Self-Care

What happens when “feeling better” is no longer the goal of self-care? This workshop explores how caring for ourselves, in our individual bodies, can align with and even support collective visions of interdependent and radical beingness. Rev. Syd will share accessible frameworks and practices to extract capitalism and colonial ways of being from current self-care practices. This workshop space will be interactive (with possibilities to opt-in/opt-out), story-centered, and affirming of the body wisdom you carry.

Designed for individuals who are healing from an eating disorder or disordered eating.
